1. Consulting and Professional Services
Due to the nature of our services, payments made to Othala Solutions for consulting, software development, and other professional services are non-refundable once the service has commenced. We invest significant time and resources into our projects from the outset, and our fees are based on the allocation of these resources.
2. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any service fees, including but not limited to project deposits, milestone payments, or retainers. This policy is in place to ensure that our team can be fully committed to delivering the best possible results for every client.
3. Project Cancellation
In the event that a project is cancelled by the client, any payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. The client will be responsible for any work completed up to the cancellation date, as outlined in the project's service agreement.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Othala Solutions and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not constitute a waiver of our no-refund policy for future transactions.
